Alta Laguna 2, Laguna Beach
An original ranch-style home that had been added to over the years needed some serious updating. Stripped to the studs, new foundation work, new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and interior/exterior finishes were in order. We kept the colors simple with a white stucco exterior and white interior walls. We opened up what once was a closed-off space, converting it to a gorgeous open kitchen tall ceiling heights. The natural wood siding nicely distinguishes the garage from the home and deep bronze colored windows frame the views provided from every room.
