Arch Beach, Laguna Beach
The original 1970’s structure was desperately in need of renovation. With the help of local architect Anders Lasater, we completely transformed this beach-style building into a streamlined, modern home making it a key design marker for the neighborhood. Smooth stucco in dark colors with wood accents and black framed windows frame the clear contrast between the blue sky and breathtaking ocean views.
